Crashlog Submission

Crashlog file		* `.log` file required. May also be in `.zip`, `.gz` or `.bz2` format.
Operating System		* Required.
Build number		* Required for crashes on Linux or FreeBSD.
Crash URL		The URL at which the crash occurred (if relevant).
E-mail		Optionally provide a contact e-mail address.
Comments		Any additional information you feel is relevant.
